Christmas Day 2012

Christmas Day was finally here! Trevor was so excited he was the first one up, waiting for the kids :) Once they started to stumble out of their room they were so excited to see the magic of Christmas. All the gifts were arranged so nicely around the tree and the Stockings had been filled to the brim... Santa even ate his cookies, and drank his Milk and his BEER! and Rudolph nibbled on his carrot. It was a long exhausting day but we made it through.

With the help of our VERY GENEROUS Family... Christmas was Amazing!
Looks like Santa Loved his Treat...

The Stockings were to heavy to hang up!

Even Brutus was spoiled

Fire House from Grandma Diane

We opened our Stockings then had Breakfast (Cinnamon Buns). Things were off to a great start.
Lennox started out strong... but by the end of the day he was running away yelling "Nooooo!" when he was asked to open a gift... Lol

Angry Bird Cars...
"Who You Calling ELF!"
Jake and the Pirates, Scope, Headband and Map from GJ

A "Snow Ball" from Nonnie and Papa!

I just love those EYES!
Nixon made out like a Bandit for his first Christmas!
Santa Pulled Through... The Jake and The Pirates, Pirate Ship "Bucky".
And Lennox got The Jake and The Pirates, Captain Hooks Cave. He was Excited despite the frown face that he's always wearing.

Christmas Eve Dinner and Mass 2012

Another Wonderful Christmas has come and gone. I love this time of year so much and it always flies by and before you know it, it's a New Year.

This Christmas Eve, we actually made it to Church (40 mins early, we read the schedule wrong). I know it sounds bad but going to church has become quite tough for us as our little additions have come along. They just can't sit still and quiet and we end up hushing them and holding them down most of the time and, Never, hear anything during the mass. The boys fortunately sat pretty well (thanks to snacks) and weren't too loud except for Xzavier thinking they were saying his name every time they said "Savior". It was so funny, he would perk up every time "They Said my Name!". Xzavier also thought the priest was in a penguin costume and kept asking Why?... There was no hiding our lack of attendance at church...

Me and my Boys.

Quiet Baby all Mass. He just loved looking around and listening to the music.

The boys starting to get antsy.
Trevor's Photo Bomb.

After Church we enjoyed a delicious traditional Christmas Eve Meal with some friends. (Holiday Recipes coming Soon). The kids had fun decorating cookies for Santa and making reindeer dust before it was time for bed.

The Whole Crew doesn't fit at the table any more... Poor Mikey sat at a TV tray.

Avery Couldn't wait to Dig in.

Amelia loved the Spaghetti.

X the Ham.

Secret Santa Gift Exchange.

After a great night with Friends, Christmas Eve was not complete without the story of The Polar Express read by Uncle Jay (over Skype). And Twas the Night Before Christmas read by Dad.

A story all the way from OHIO. My Mom and Sisters were also Skyping in to hear the story. Got to love Technology. (Sometimes)

Lennox's Birthday Dinner "2"

I need to back track a little. I just noticed that I didn't post pics or anything from Lennox's Birthday, Day and Dinner...Bad Mom :( Poor guy, being the middle child is already proving to be tough.

GJ was in town and it was a fun filled day of playing pretend at the park and a yummy dinner. Happy Birthday Baby Boy. Mama is so proud of the Smart, Strong willed lil turkey you've become. I have a feeling you are going to be my lil trouble maker but that's okay every family needs one and that's what makes you special. This year will be full of a lot of mile stones and I am excited (and scare) to tackle them with you. Big Boy Bed, Potty Training, Talking.... Good Luck Baby, its going to be a fun year.

Thanksgiving Dinner 2012

As usual we spent our Thanksgiving Holiday with our Great Friends Jenn & Josh and their Family and Mikey. Dinner was delicious, Turkey, Ham, Broccoli Casserole, Green Bean Casserole (this year made by Lexi and Mikey), Mash potatoes and Gravy, rolls, Pumpkin Pie and Pumpkin Cheese Cake. A few changes to this years menu were Stuffing 'Balls' which turned out to be a huge hit and also Corn Casserole which was so yummy. This year another new addition to our feast was a kids table. The kids are getting older and we trusted them to sit at a little table. Amelia and Xzavier were okay at staying put but, as I assumed, Lennox was all over the place, that boy cant keep his butt in a seat (he's so busy). Oh well, the adults enjoyed a nice dinner even though the kids were running crazy, at least this year they amused themselves and played together nicely (for the most part). Amelia and Xzavier kept busy by pretending a bear was chasing them all around the house and Lennox and Avery ran around like they understood the game (always bringing up the rear). After dinner we all sat around clipping the black-friday deals, we wanted to take advantage, of out of the paper (tradition). It was a great Day!

This year I am thankful for my wonderful husband and children. I am really blessed to have three healthy boys that make me smile everyday. I am also thankful for great friends and family that always make the holidays, and every day, so special. I really couldn't ask for anything more in my life... I love you all and hope you have a splendid holiday.

These kids are such 'Hams'

Avery loved her dinner then moved on to finish the other kids plates while they were running around.
